natural practices to cultivate freedom in body and mind
A lifelong seeker, Eva began dancing and experiencing yoga at a young age. Throughout her life, she has studied wisdom traditions and various movement arts. She began her yoga journey in earnest after a dance-related injury, at the age of 19. She found deep healing in the practice, and discovered it to be a reliable path to joy and self-acceptance. In 2014 Eva completed a 300 hour teacher certification in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga. In 2017 she completed a KRI level one Kundalini Yoga teacher certification. Her primary teachers include Gurmukh, Erica Jago, Gabrielle Roth and Tara Brach. Eva’s classes weave together indigenous intuition with eastern wisdom, guided movement and soulful music, to awaken the true freedom nature within.

"When I first decided to give yoga a try I was very nervous. I had a horrible self image of myself; overweight, an ACL injury, shy and afraid of all the stories I had heard. I met Eva at my neighborhood yoga studio. Her personality was so giving that I felt comfortable telling her about my fears of yoga. She walked me through how to achieve the practice, how to adjust and how to do poses that would allow me to grow into the full version of them. This experience gave me the courage and insight to continue on this path. If you have an opportunity to take a class with her please do not miss the experience." - Bill Bullock, Cincinnati OH
